Today...

• there was a quick trip to the hair dressers for some long overdue pampering for the mama - the grandparents were out so I had baby sitters
• currently reading 'The Distant Hours' by Kate Morton 
• made a hot cup of coffee and looking forward to reading this month's Homespun Magazine
• still looking after a sick boy but he is gradually on the mend 
• enjoying the cool, overcast weather
• trying not to think about all the school papers I have to mark
• blogging to avoid marking all those papers - well it is my day 'off' after all
