celebrate...
Our crafty urges sprung to life this week. We decided to make paper lanterns to celebrate Chinese New Year. The materials included; glue, glitter, paint, small envelopes, red paper, paint brushes and a free template downloaded from the internet.
Added inspiration was found with some home made butterfly prints and a butterfly post it note.
At the moment were are literally waiting for the paint and glue to dry before we begin to assemble everything. In the meantime we are planning a Chinese banquet for dinner tomorrow night.
You can find the paper lantern template we used here: paper lantern template
Have you got any plans to celebrate Chinese New Year?
