dinner confession

Of course I enjoy eating it but I confess...I have never made lasagna, or bought the frozen kind from the shops either.  So today I branched out and bought instant lasagna sheets and just followed the recipe on the back of the packet. I also added some extra goodness including eggplant and zucchini.  As you can tell I don't have enough cheese sauce on top, but I will make a mental note of this for next time.  This is a recipe I know I can experiment with and create our own family version.  Yum!
